2 Ingredient Bellini

Now that it's peach season in Ontario, these Bellinis will be super easy to make & they are so delicious! You HAVE to try them. YUM!
Don't forget to get the Bellini polish from us here to go with your Bellini drink.
- 3-4 Medium Peaches
Peel the peaches with a potato peeler or boil the peaches for 30 secs for easier peeling.
Purée the peaches in a blender.
Pour the purée in a flute glass until 1/3 full.
Fill the rest of the glass with Prosecco.
Stir and serve.
Add a slice of peach to the rim of the glass for the complete look.
