Yes. Lemonberry is an independently owned Canadian women’s clothing and lifestyle boutique based in Aurora, Ontario. We’ve been helping customers shop clothing, accessories, gifts, and boutique brands for more than 20 years.

Yes. You can shop with us in person at our Aurora boutique or online across Canada and the United States.

Lemonberry is a women’s clothing and lifestyle boutique offering clothing, denim, dresses, jewellery, handbags, accessories, bath and body items, candles, gifts, and seasonal pieces.

Lemonberry offers free Canada-wide shipping on Canadian orders over $150. Canadian orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $12. Shipping rates are confirmed at checkout before purchase.

Yes. Free local delivery is available in Aurora and Newmarket. We also offer $5 flat-rate local delivery to Bradford, King City, Barrie, and Innisfil.

Deliveries run weekly, with additional runs based on order volume. Orders are grouped by area for efficiency, and we’ll contact you once your delivery is scheduled.

Yes. U.S. shipping is calculated at checkout and is approximately $12 USD. Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs-related charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days to the United States. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Once your order has shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. Weather, courier delays, and customs processing may affect delivery timing.

Online returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned.

Jewellery may be returned only if unworn and in its original packaging, unless defective.

In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Final sale items and worn jewellery are not eligible.

For online returns, please email shop@lemonberry.ca with your order number and the item you would like to return.

For in-store purchases, please visit our Aurora boutique and we’ll take care of you.

If your item is damaged or we made an error, we’ll cover the return shipping. For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Lemonberry is not responsible for items lost in transit.

We’re happy to offer one size exchange per order, subject to availability.

For Canadian exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. Once we receive the return, we’ll ship the new size at no additional cost.

For U.S. exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. Shipping costs for the replacement item are also the customer’s responsibility.

U.S. returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs-related charges.

Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED CANADIAN GOODS,” include your original order number, and declare the item as a return or returned goods with the original value. Do not mark the package as a gift or new purchase.

If duties, taxes, brokerage fees, return shipping charges, or customs-related charges are billed to Lemonberry, those amounts may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged or defective. We’ll provide a return label and offer a refund, replacement, or exchange where available.

Yes. Lemonberry offers online gift cards delivered by email and physical gift cards available in-store.

Both online and physical Lemonberry gift cards can be used online or in-store.

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Berry Rewards is Lemonberry’s loyalty program. Members earn points on qualifying purchases and can redeem points for discounts on future orders.

Members earn 2 Berry Rewards points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases before tax and shipping. We also offer birthday rewards and occasional double points days.

Points can be redeemed for discounts once you reach the required point amount. Rewards apply to full-price merchandise only and cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers.

We don’t pretend fashion is perfect. At Lemonberry, we focus on thoughtful buying, small-batch ordering, quality pieces, and brands that offer better materials or responsible practices where available.
