Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Shipping Policy

At Lemonberry, we want your order to get to you quickly and easily — no stress, no surprises.

Here’s how shipping works:

  • FREE local delivery in Aurora & Newmarket*
  • Just $5 shipping to nearby towns: Markham, Richmond Hill, King City, Bradford, East Gwillimbury, Innisfil & Barrie
  • FREE Canada-wide shipping on orders over $150 (*see note below)
  • Shipping for everything else is calculated at checkout based on your location and package size

A few small notes:

  • Oversized pieces (like big cozy coats) or orders that need multiple boxes might cost a bit more — we’ll always let you know before we ship.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders ship out within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day
  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping is available at checkout (usually 1–3 business days)

Returns & Exchanges

We totally get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. Here’s how returns work at Lemonberry:

Online Purchases

  • You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags still on
  • Final Sale items (like blowout sale pieces) can’t be returned — we’ll always mark them clearly
  • Jewellery can be returned within 14 days if it’s unworn and in original packaging (exceptions: anything worn or used can’t be returned for hygiene reasons — unless it's a manufacturing defect)

In-Store Purchases

  • Exchanges only (no refunds) within 14 days
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags
  • Final sale items and worn jewellery are not eligible for exchange

How to Make a Return

  • Online orders: Just email us at shop@lemonberry.ca and we’ll guide you through it
  • In-store: Come by our shop in Aurora and we’ll help with your exchange

Return Shipping:

  • If the return is our mistake or the item is damaged, we’ll cover the shipping
  • Otherwise, you’re responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds:

  • Once we receive the item back, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

Let us know within 7 days if anything arrives damaged or defective. We’ll send you a free return label and make it right — either a refund or a replacement.
