Quick Return Rules

  • Online returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Jewellery may be returned only if unworn and in its original packaging, unless defective.

  • Canadian customers may use our Canada Post return label or QR code (no printer needed) and do not need to pay for shipping upfront.
  • The cost of the Canada Post return label will be deducted from your refund when your return is processed.
  • If your item arrived damaged or we made an error, we’ll cover return shipping once the issue has been reviewed and approved.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available in Aurora and Newmarket.

$5 flat-rate local delivery is available to Bradford, King City, Barrie, and Innisfil.

Deliveries run weekly, with additional runs based on order volume. Orders are grouped by area for efficiency, and we’ll contact you once your delivery is scheduled.

Canada Shipping

Free shipping is available on Canadian orders over $150.

A flat $12 shipping rate applies to Canadian orders under $150.

Shipping rates are confirmed at checkout before purchase.

U.S. Shipping

U.S. shipping is calculated at checkout and is approximately $12 USD.

Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs-related charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing Times

Orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Canada: 3–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing. Once your order has shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.

Online Purchases

Online returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Final sale items and worn jewellery are not eligible.

For standard returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Our Canada Post return label or QR code lets you send the item back without paying upfront. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund when your return is processed.

For in-store purchases, please visit us at our Aurora boutique and we’ll take care of you.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged or defective.

Before creating a return label or mailing the item back, please complete the return request form and choose the damaged/defective option.

Photo instructions will be available after your return request has been reviewed. We may ask for photos of the issue, the full item, tags, and packaging before approving next steps.

If the item arrived damaged or defective, or if we made an error, we’ll cover return shipping once the issue has been reviewed and approved. We’ll offer a refund, replacement, or exchange where available.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer one size exchange per order, subject to availability.

For Canadian exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping on the original item. If you use our Canada Post return label or QR code, you do not need to pay for shipping upfront. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or exchange adjustment when your return is processed.

Once we receive the return, we’ll ship the new size at no additional cost for Canadian exchanges.

For U.S. exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. Shipping costs for the replacement item are also the customer’s responsibility.

U.S. Returns

U.S. returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

The Canada Post return label or QR code option is for Canadian returns only. U.S. customers are responsible for sending eligible returns back to Lemonberry.

U.S. customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs-related charges.

Damaged or defective item? Please contact us before mailing anything back. We may ask for photos of the issue, the full item, tags, and packaging before approving next steps.

When returning an item from the United States, please follow these instructions to help avoid unnecessary customs charges:

  • Clearly mark the package as “RETURNED CANADIAN GOODS”
  • Include your original order number on or inside the parcel
  • Declare the item as a return or returned goods with the original value
  • Do not mark the package as a gift or new purchase

If duties, taxes, brokerage fees, return shipping charges, or customs-related charges are billed to Lemonberry, those amounts may be deducted from your refund.

These charges are determined by customs and carriers and are outside of our control.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

For standard Canadian returns using our Canada Post return label or QR code, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund when your return is processed.

If return shipping costs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs-related charges are deducted from your refund, the refund amount will reflect those deductions.
