Shipping Policy
At Lemonberry, we want your order to get to you quickly and easily — no stress, no surprises.
Here’s how shipping works:

FREE local delivery in Aurora & Newmarket*

$5 shipping to nearby towns: Markham, Richmond Hill, King City, Bradford, East Gwillimbury, Innisfil & Barrie

FREE Canada-wide shipping on orders over $150 (*see note below)

All other shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and package size
International (U.S.) Shipping
U.S. orders may be charged duties, taxes, or brokerage fees when your package arrives. These fees are set by U.S. Customs and are the customer’s responsibility. Lemonberry does not control these charges.
*A few small notes:
Oversized pieces (like big cozy coats) or multi-box orders may cost a bit more.
We’ll always notify you before shipping if anything changes.

Processing & Delivery Times
Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
Canada:
Standard delivery usually arrives in 3–7 business days.
Expedited options (1–3 days) are available at checkout.
United States:
Most orders arrive in 5–10 business days, depending on location and U.S. Customs processing.
Customs inspections can add extra time.
Delays
Weather, courier backlogs, or customs reviews can slow things down.
Once a package leaves our shop, transit times are handled by the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
We totally get it — sometimes things just don’t work out.
Online Purchases

Return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags

Final sale items cannot be returned

Jewellery may be returned unworn in original packaging (hygiene exceptions apply unless it’s a manufacturing defect)
In-Store Purchases

Exchanges only within 14 days

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached

Final sale items and worn jewellery are not eligible for exchange
How to Make a Return

Online: Email shop@lemonberry.ca and we’ll guide you through it

In-store: Visit us in Aurora and we’ll help with your exchange
Return Shipping

If the return is our mistake or the item is damaged, we cover the shipping

Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
U.S. Returns (Important)
Any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges billed to Lemonberry during the return process will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount.
These fees are set by U.S. Customs and are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive the item back, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
Let us know within 7 days if your order arrives damaged or defective.
We’ll send a free return label and offer a refund or replacement.
