Valentine's Day Family Charcuterie Board

Valentine's Day Family Charcuterie Board

Valentine's Day is not just for lovers, it's for family, friends, self, or anyone else you love. This year we'll be celebrating it a little differently. I thought it would fun to make a Valentine's Day charcuterie board for the whole family. Even if we can't see everyone we love or go out and celebrate we can still have fun at home and make a board full of everyones favourite things.

On this board:

Brie - cut out heart (make sure to not take the rind out on other side) use heart cookie cutter.

Filled the brie with cranberry sauce

Red Grapes

Prosciutto

Strawberries (some whole/some cut in hearts)

Wallnuts

Black Cow Cheddar Cheese (La Jolie Cheese shop)

Rice Crackers

Brookside - Dark Chocolate Pomegranate

Craisins

Thinaddictives - Cranberry Almond Thin Cookies

For the cranberry heart filled brie, I put more cranberry sauce on top & put it on the oven for 13 mins (a few more mins if you think it needs it) at 375ºF on parchment paper and 8x9' pan.

It came out so ooey gooey good....here's what it looked like.

We had to put on a plate so it was easier to cut & serve.

My kids and husband just gobbled it up so quickly.  Sometimes just small things like this can bring happiness into you life & family celebrations.

What are your favourite things? What would you add? How would you make it?

Have a wonderful Valentine's Day & please make sure to comment below & share your thoughts.
