Official Contest Rules

Gentle Fawn Fall Event

No purchase necessary.

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules.

1. Contest Period

The Gentle Fawn Fall Event Contest (the “Contest”) begins on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”).

Entries received before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, including Québec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives and agents of Lemonberry, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter With a Purchase

During the Contest Period, purchase at least one Gentle Fawn item from Lemonberry:

• in-store at Lemonberry in Aurora, Ontario; or
• online at lemonberry.ca.

Both regular-price and sale Gentle Fawn merchandise qualify.

A qualifying purchase provides the customer with one (1) Contest entry, subject to the overall entry limit below.

For an in-store purchase entry to be eligible, sufficient contact information must be provided or associated with the transaction so Lemonberry can identify and contact the entrant if selected.

Entry limit: A maximum of one (1) Contest entry per person during the entire Contest Period, regardless of method of entry.

Additional qualifying purchases do not provide additional Contest entries. An entrant who has already entered using the no-purchase method described below will not receive an additional entry by subsequently making a qualifying purchase.

4. How to Enter Without a Purchase

No purchase is necessary to enter.

To receive one (1) Contest entry without making a purchase, email shop@lemonberry.ca during the Contest Period with the subject line:

Gentle Fawn Fall Event — No Purchase Entry

Your email must include:

• your full name;
• your province or territory of residence;
• your email address;
• your telephone number; and
• an original response of at least 50 words answering the following question:
  
  “Tell us about your favourite Gentle Fawn piece or what you look for when choosing clothing for your wardrobe.”

The response must be original and written by the entrant. Incomplete, duplicate, automated, copied or otherwise non-compliant entries may be disqualified.

No-purchase entry limit: One (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. An entrant who enters using this no-purchase method is not eligible to receive an additional Contest entry through a qualifying purchase.

5. Prize

There is one (1) prize available to be won:

$250 Gentle Fawn Shopping Spree at Lemonberry
Approximate retail value: $250 CAD

The prize may be redeemed for eligible Gentle Fawn merchandise available from Lemonberry and may be redeemed either in-store at Lemonberry or online at lemonberry.ca.

Availability of particular Gentle Fawn merchandise, styles, colours and sizes is not guaranteed.

The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash, except at the Contest Administrator's discretion where permitted by law.

The prize is provided by Gentle Fawn and the Contest is administered by Lemonberry.

6. Gentle Fawn Notebook Gift With Purchase

During the promotional period, customers who make a qualifying Gentle Fawn purchase may also receive a Gentle Fawn notebook, while quantities last.

The notebook is a separate gift with purchase and is not part of the Contest prize.

Limit one (1) Gentle Fawn notebook per qualifying transaction per customer, while supplies last.

Additional qualifying purchases may be eligible for the notebook gift with purchase, while quantities last, but do not provide additional Contest entries.

No-purchase Contest entries do not qualify for the notebook gift with purchase.

7. Winner Selection

On or about Wednesday, September 16, 2026, Lemonberry will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information available to Lemonberry, which may include email and/or telephone.

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and satisfy all other requirements of these Official Contest Rules.

The selected entrant must respond to Lemonberry within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the initial winner notification is sent.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements, declines the prize or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Contest Rules, that entrant may be disqualified and another eligible entrant may be selected by random draw.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Lemonberry may attempt to contact the selected entrant using any contact information provided or associated with the entrant's eligible entry.

Lemonberry will never require a selected entrant or winner to provide payment, banking information or credit-card information in order to claim the prize.

The prize will be awarded only after the selected entrant has satisfied all requirements of these Official Contest Rules.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used for the administration of the Contest, including verifying eligibility, managing entries, contacting selected entrants and awarding the prize.

Contest entry does not automatically subscribe an entrant to Lemonberry's marketing emails or text messages. Marketing communications will only be sent where the entrant has separately provided any consent required by applicable law.

10. Instagram, Facebook and Other Platforms

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or any other social media platform on which the Contest may be promoted.

By entering, entrants release those platforms from responsibility in connection with the administration of the Contest to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. General Conditions

Lemonberry reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any entrant or entry that does not comply with these Official Contest Rules or that Lemonberry reasonably determines involves fraud, manipulation, automated entry, abuse, duplication or interference with the proper operation of the Contest.

Any attempt to obtain more than the permitted one (1) Contest entry by using multiple identities, email addresses, accounts, transactions or other methods may result in disqualification.

If the Contest cannot be conducted as intended because of circumstances beyond Lemonberry's reasonable control, Lemonberry reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest and, where appropriate, select a winner from eligible entries received before such action.

In the event of any discrepancy between promotional material and these Official Contest Rules, these Official Contest Rules will govern, subject to applicable law.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
