Shipping & Returns

At Lemonberry, we keep things simple and fair.


Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available in Aurora and Newmarket.
$5 flat-rate delivery is available to Bradford, King City, Barrie, and Innisfil.

Deliveries run weekly, with additional runs based on order volume. Orders are grouped by area for efficiency, and you’ll be notified once your delivery is scheduled.


Canada Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $150.
A flat $12 rate applies to orders under $150.

Shipping rates are confirmed at checkout before purchase.


U.S. Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout (approximately $12 USD).

Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.


Processing Times

Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.


Delivery Estimates

Canada: 3–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.


Delays

Once your order has shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. Weather and courier delays may occur.


Returns & Exchanges

We understand — sometimes something just doesn’t work out.


Online Purchases

  • Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
  • Final sale items cannot be returned
  • Jewellery may be returned unworn in original packaging (unless defective)

In-Store Purchases

  • Exchange or store credit within 14 days
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Final sale items and worn jewellery are not eligible

Return Shipping

If your item is damaged or we made an error, we’ll cover the return shipping.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer one size exchange per order, subject to availability.

Canada:
Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new size out at no additional cost.

United States:
Size exchanges are available. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and shipping costs for the new item are also the customer’s responsibility.


U.S. Returns (Important)

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on U.S. orders.

When returning your item, please follow these instructions to avoid additional duties or fees:

  • Clearly mark the package as “RETURNED CANADIAN GOODS”
  • Include your original order number on or inside the parcel
  • Declare the item as a return and mark it as “returned goods” with the original value (this helps ensure it’s not treated as a new purchase by customs)
  • Do not mark the item as a new purchase or gift

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Lemonberry is not responsible for items lost in transit.

If duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or return shipping charges are incurred for any reason, these amounts will be deducted from your refund.

These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and carriers and are outside of our control.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide a return label and offer a refund or replacement.
