Self-Care /ˌselfˈker/ nounthe practice of taking action to preserve or improve one's own health. 


I don't know about you, but lately I have been in dire need of self care. It could be because I'm dealing with a lot personally - a lot of changes - but I also noticed my friends have needed it too.

Do you feel the same way?


I've decided to dedicate some time on this, because I think it's so very important.
