Returns & Exchanges

We understand — sometimes something just doesn’t work out.

• Online returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

• Jewellery may be returned only if unworn and in its original packaging, unless defective

For standard Canadian returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Our Canada Post return label or QR code lets you send the item back without paying upfront. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund when your return is processed.

Damaged or defective item? Please choose the damaged/defective option on the return form before creating a label or mailing the item back. Photo instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed.
